SHIPPING POLICY – SOMVEXIA UK

1. ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. Due to high viral demand in Australia, please allow for slight processing delays during peak periods. We will notify you via email if your order is significantly delayed.

2. DELIVERY TIMES Once dispatched, standard delivery to the United Kingdom takes 5–10 business days. Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions or Australian customs processing.

3. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any "Free Shipping" offers will be explicitly displayed on the product page or at the final stage of your purchase.

4. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For orders within the United States, most parcels pass through without additional charges. However, please be aware that any local import duties or taxes applied by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS If your Somvexia™ system arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 15 business days, please contact us immediately at support@somvexia.co.uk. We will prioritise a replacement or investigation to ensure you are taken care of.
